Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. JG-Prints reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Payment must be received in full before printing commences.
By submitting designs, files, or artwork for printing, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce the materials. You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content.
JG-Prints does not claim ownership of your custom designs. However, we reserve the right to review submitted files and refuse to print materials that violate intellectual property rights, are illegal, or violate our content guidelines.
In no event shall JG-Prints, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
