To ensure your artwork prints perfectly to the edge without unseemly white borders, proper bleed setup is mandatory. We require a standard 3mm bleed on all edges for standard formats.
Safety margins are equally critical. Keep all essential text and critical design elements at least 5mm away from the trim line to account for minor mechanical shifts during the cutting process.
3mm Bleed
All digital files must be converted to CMYK prior to submission. Files submitted in RGB or LAB color spaces will undergo automatic conversion, which may result in unexpected color shifts, particularly in vibrant or neon hues.
For optimal results on our uncoated paper stocks, we recommend using the Fogra39 or SWOP v2 color profiles. Ensure total ink coverage (TIC) does not exceed 300% to prevent offsetting and drying issues.
We prefer high-resolution PDF files (PDF/X-1a:2001 or newer); AI, EPS, TIFF and high-resolution JPG/PNG are also accepted. Please ensure all fonts are outlined or embedded, and all transparencies are flattened.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for all raster imagery.
No compression artifacts: Avoid highly compressed JPEGs within the PDF.
Include crop marks and bleed: Do NOT include color bars or registration marks unless specifically requested.
