Lagos-Wide Delivery
For clients situated in Lagos, we offer expedited dispatch services. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 business days post-production. Same-day delivery may be arranged for urgent bespoke projects subject to availability and additional courier fees.
Standard Lagos Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
Express Lagos Delivery: Next Business Day
Nationwide Shipping (Nigeria)
We proudly ship our crafted prints across all states in Nigeria. We utilize registered freight services to guarantee secure transit. Deliveries outside Lagos generally require 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination region.
Major Cities (Abuja, PH, etc.): 3–5 Business Days
Regional/Remote Areas: 5–7 Business Days
Please note that shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the moment the order is placed. Due to the bespoke nature of our letterpress and specialty printing services, production times vary based on the complexity of your project.
Standard production timelines typically span 7 to 14 business days following final proof approval; simpler jobs (business cards, flyers, labels) are usually ready in 2 to 5. Expedited production may be requested but is subject to press availability.
At this time, standard delivery is limited to addresses within Nigeria. However, we do accommodate international shipping for specific bespoke projects upon request. Please contact our studio directly with your project specifications and delivery address for a custom freight quotation.
Note: international clients are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.
Due to the entirely custom and bespoke nature of our printing services, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on customized goods once production has commenced or completed.
Every order goes through a rigorous digital proofing process. It is the client’s sole responsibility to thoroughly review proofs for spelling, layout, and color accuracy before providing final approval for press.
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you believe your order contains a manufacturing defect or deviates significantly from the approved proof, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Claims must be accompanied by detailed photographic evidence of the issue.
If the error is determined to be a fault in our production process (e.g., incorrect paper stock used, substantial alignment issues not present in the proof), we will gladly offer a complimentary reprint of the defective items.
Please note that minor variations in ink coverage, impression depth, and color are inherent to traditional printing methods like letterpress and are considered characteristics of the craft, not defects.
