Print-ready PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, TIFF and high-resolution JPG/PNG (300dpi, CMYK, with 3mm bleed). Our pre-press team checks every file before production — see our File Preparation Guidelines for the full spec.

A standard 3mm bleed on all edges, with essential text and design elements kept at least 5mm inside the trim line. This accounts for minor mechanical shifts during cutting so nothing important gets clipped.

Yes — we deliver across all states in Nigeria via registered courier partners. Lagos deliveries take 2–3 business days (next-day express available); major cities 3–5 days; regional and remote areas 5–7 days.

Most standard jobs (business cards, flyers, labels) are produced within 2–5 working days after artwork approval. Bespoke and specialty work — custom packaging, letterpress, large branding projects — typically spans 7–14 business days following final proof approval.
